One to one session
The first session is only conversation. You describe where the problem shows up and when it started. The work begins in the second. Every session ends with an exercise you can repeat at home. Sessions can be in person or online.
In plain terms, NLP is a way of working on the habits of the mind.
Each of us carries a map of the world. It is built out of our experience, out of things we were told, and out of decisions made in childhood. We navigate by that map, and we usually forget that it is a map and not the world.
When something keeps going wrong, the problem is rarely in your intention or your effort. It is usually in a part of the map that has gone out of date. The work of NLP is to find that part and redraw it.
It is not treatment. Depression and other clinical conditions belong with doctors and clinical psychologists, and I refer people to them.
It is not magic either. A life does not change in one session. What changes is that you leave with a tool you did not have before, and you have to work it yourself.
And it is not a motivational talk. Nobody chants anything. Most of the time is spent asking questions and listening quietly.

A workshop is not a lecture. Most of the day is spent practising in pairs. Every tool is demonstrated first, then run by the participants themselves, and the day closes on how each person will use it where they actually are.
Before the training, a few people are interviewed separately so the real issue surfaces, since it is rarely the one written on the brief. The material is then built around that issue.

Every certificate is here as a scan. Open one to see it in full, and where the issuing body runs a verification page the link to it is given.
